适用范围：This Volume applies to the protection of flight crews, ground personnel, and property on the surface while working directly with or in the vicinity of rotorcraft conducting external-load operations. Within the general scope as defined in Section I of the Introduction, B30.12 applies to the handling of loads suspended from rotorcraft using a cargo sling or powered hoist, or other attaching means, to lift, carry, pull, or tow a jettisonable load outside of the rotorcraft airframe.
